Join us on January 17th for an evening dedicated to the vibrant flavors and rich culinary traditions of Portugal. Get your passports ready to embark on a culinary journey as you enjoy a thoughtfully crafted five-course menu.

Cocktail Hour: 5pm
Dinner: 6pm
$80 per person. Tickets available in-person at The Cedars At Dungeness Golf Course.

 

This dining experience will feature:

Bolo do Caco – Portuguese Salad
Sweet potato flat bread with green bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, feta, and a red wine vinaigrette

Bacalhau cakes
Salted cod, potato, onion, garlic, eggs, parsley, nutmeg, served with peri-peri sauce

Caldo Verde con Chourico
Chorizo, onion, garlic, potato, broth, kale, and edamame

Arroz de Codorn
Quail served with wild rice, carrots, onion, garlic, port wine demi glaze, tomato paste, herbs, and charred greens

Pastel de Nata – Portuguese Custard Tart
Puff pastry, egg custard, cinnamon, and a cherry Gastrique
